today had training did physical was like crap siia. super jia lat derhh. but ffang saved us. THANKEW siia. lols. had to run 11 zhe lols then jiao lian let us go drink water. then we came back late so in the end added extra 65 to push up and cruches so in the end had to do 77 push-up and cruches.then plank also do 77 secs. SIIAO mans. then want to diie lerh still need to do the taii jian walking... so GAY! lols. after training wanted to go with THEM go eat dinner derhh lorhhs. but then hors my mother at home cook lerhh='< nevermind a lot of chance go out eat dinner with THEM derhh.
