"When God gives you something, he takes away something" This was something said by rabbit ng,and I borrow it to explain the kind of situation I'm in right now.
I have no idea what good God has given me, maybe my skinny-ness? But what has been given to me is gastric, slight slip disc, bad knees, bad ankles, low blood. Still, people say thank God for everything. And, I thank God. For letting me wake up in the morning seeing a bright new day ahead^^ So yesterday, though I was feeling all the nonsense, and celebrating Vday at home, it ended on a nice note. Some really really sweet guy, came all the way to my house, dragging his friends along and dropped me a Vday present. THANKS PIG!! It was really really sweet, and THAT, it made me smile. Today was a really really busy day. Considering that today was the last day of my workshop and we had presentation on the art piece we were doing this 2 days. Lunch today was own time own target, so ended up subbing. It seems that SUBWAY just changed my mood for that day. After subbing and went back to lasalle, I had a tummy ache! RIGHTTTT. Seems like that wasn't bad enough, it lasted for the whole of workshop and even awhile more than that. 1st, it was the food, 2nd, it was just me or 3rd, I ate too much. (somehow I think it's the food) Rushed to Bugis after my workshop to grab Winson a present. And trained to Paya Lebar just to meet Chan. As though he would be early. Waited pretty long and so I started drawing a tree on my sketchbook. Wow ehhs! What a way to entertain myself and keep me from being pissed off. Was pretty distracted when people walking by started inching near tome to see what I was drawing. I was like.. "hey! I'm not a professional artist; stop looking." Anyways, the Sun was not forgiving and so I had to bake myself while waiting. One plus point to moodswing. Rabbit's house was crowded to the brim. Not literally. But, it was really crowded that people had to start standing outside. Anyway, I manage to grab a book from her house called I got a glimpse of it when I was train-ing home. Seriously, that book is SOOOO Singapore! The style it's been written and the way singlish is shown in the conversations made, totally threw me off. I don't believe that this book is actually a LIT TEXT! OMGGG. TKMB is a much nicer, interesting and sensible lit text. That's what I believe. Some happy news to share, I'M WORKING!! *cheers* Like after 1 and a half months. I AM SO ON MY OWN FOR OTC! -period- (Back to top, Baby!) |
